Hi guys, today I wanna story mory on how to deal with damaged goods received when u make an online shopping at Sephora.

SO i laju2 email contact.my@sephoradigital.com malam tu jugak.. depa reply esok pagi nye seawal 9 pagik.. dengan 3 options:

1. keep the item, depa bagi baucer rm25 dalam online sephora akaun
2. return the item n replace with new one
3. return item n received full refund (i chose this option, sbb nak beli yg lain.. hiks)

gelabah la jugak kan kita nak return ke singapore kompom costly shipment cost.. walopon kite beli dari website sephora malaysia, barang tetap shipping dari singapore...  tapik Alhamdulillah, sephora yang tanggung semua cost shipping.. kita tunggu jek org shipping die dtg depan pintu opis.. serahkan jek barang yg dah siap packing elok2.. email ban account detail dan 2 3 hari jek duit masok dalam bank.. sephora transfer balik.. hebat laju pantas tiptop.. i like..
