SUMMARY:
antara step2 nye ialah (buat sebanyak 25 reps setiap steps dan ulang 4 set.):
1. push ups
2. chest press
3. Superman back exercise + pull elbow to the back
4. shoulder press
5. tak dengo ape yg wanita tu ckp.. tapik I bg name baru.. bukak tutup dada + shoulder press..
memula bukak dada, pastu buat shoulder press.. dan tutup dada... hihi..

semua step ni sambil ko pegang dumbell.. :p
dumbell rupenyer..aku rasa mcm lidi bebola ikan dihujungnyer..nyummy!hihihi..
